GRK Ohrid won the 54th edition of the Struga 2026 International Handball Tournament by defeating Vardar 1961 with a score of 31-30 in the final. Martin Ivanovski was named the tournament’s Most Valuable Player (MVP). 

Other individual honors included Dino Slavić as best goalkeeper and Nikola Jukić as top scorer with 22 goals. RK Prilep secured third place after defeating RK Struga 30-29. In other matches, Dubočica defeated RK Butel 31-29, and Struga won 28-27 against Dubočica to advance to the third-place playoff.
