# Studio Reset development of The Eventide

Former BioWare veterans Kaelin Lavallée, Kris Schoneberg, and Francis Lacuna have founded a new studio, identified as Studio Reset or Reset Ltd., to develop a supernatural mystery adventure titled ‘The Eventide’. 

The game is set in a stylized, contemporary Canadian neon-noir metropolis with a watercolor art style and an atmosphere inspired by ‘The X-Files’. Rather than controlling a single protagonist, players manage a team of paranormal investigators. 

Gameplay features a ‘Parallax Deduction’ system where players select two agents from a larger roster to solve cases. Highlighted characters include Evelyn ‘Eve’ Atwood, a cryptozoologist; Sam ‘Brass’ Hingle, a former detective; and Kira, who possesses psychic abilities. The project is currently in early development for PC via Steam.
