Sun PhuQuoc Airways (SPA) has initiated an expansion of its international operations. The airline launched two new direct routes connecting Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to Seoul, South Korea, adding to its existing service from Phu Quoc. To support this growth, the carrier plans to increase its fleet to 32 aircraft by 2026, including the addition of four Airbus A330 wide-body planes.

Alongside its network expansion, the airline has introduced new localized in-flight services for international business class passengers. These include a Pho-inspired beverage featuring cinnamon, star anise, coriander, and Cam Sành orange, as well as a version of the Old Fashioned cocktail made with 100% H’Mong corn distillate.
