Emanuel Navarrete and O’Shaquie Foster met on October 24, 2026, at the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, Texas, for a super featherweight title unification match. Entering the bout, Navarrete held the WBO and IBF titles, while Foster held the WBC championship. Both fighters successfully made weight prior to the contest.

O’Shaquie Foster won the match via unanimous decision, with judges scoring the twelve rounds 115-111, 118-108, and 118-108. Foster utilized movement, speed, and counters to control the fight, notably dropping Navarrete twice in the twelfth round with counter right hands. The victory allowed Foster to unify the WBC, WBO, and IBF titles.

With this win, Foster moves closer to becoming the undisputed 130-pound champion, needing only the WBA title, currently held by Anthony Cacace, to complete the feat. Foster has expressed interest in facing the winner of the upcoming Cacace vs. Nick Ball bout, as well as potential future matchups against Shakur Stevenson or Vasiliy Lomachenko. Navarrete now faces an uncertain future regarding his next championship bout.
