By the official launch of the ‘Krin Kondre’ initiative, the program’s scope expanded to target approximately 1,300 young people nationwide. The first phase saw roughly 300 participants deployed across the Wanica, Saramacca, Coronie, and Commewijne districts. In Wanica, participants worked under the Ministry of Public Works and Spatial Planning to clear litter from roads and school grounds.
