Sushiro has implemented various regional and seasonal food promotions in Japan.

In late August, the company launched a regional collaboration with the TV Yamaguchi program ‘mix’ specifically for locations within Yamaguchi Prefecture. This partnership introduced specialty items such as the ‘Kintai Bridge Style Roll’ and a ‘Fugu and Seared Shirako Wrapped in Ponzu Jelly’ designed by a local announcer.

By late September, Sushiro expanded its offerings through a nationwide limited-time campaign. This promotion featured discounted items like ‘Bintoro’ and ‘Yaki Toro Salmon’ for 110 yen per two pieces, alongside seasonal autumn seafood including domestic Pacific saury and Hokkaido scallops prepared with butter and soy sauce. Other limited items available through September 27 included a four-kind natural shrimp assortment and a comparison set of seared natural Kinki fish.

A new promotional campaign is scheduled to begin on September 30, celebrating the company entering its 43rd year this October. The campaign features Mediterranean bluefin tuna fatty belly (otoro) starting at 110 yen and will run until October 13 or until 8.68 million servings are sold. The menu includes a six-piece Indian bluefin tuna platter starting at 1,120 yen, a four-variety fresh salmon platter for 720 yen, Tasmanian salmon, large live snow crab, oyster and mackerel comparisons, and grilled eel. Side dishes such as white pepper fried chicken, supervised by Gifu Prefecture’s ‘Nobunaga Karaage Torika’, are also featured.
