Felicia Schröder, making her debut for the Swedish national team, scored a hat-trick, including a penalty in the 24th minute and two goals in the second half. Other goals were contributed by Stina Blackstenius and Amanda Ilestedt.

Lithuanian coach Tomas Ražanauskas noted that while his players showed defensive discipline and competitive spirit during the first hour, they struggled to maintain intensity as energy levels declined in the second half. The match highlighted the ranking gap between the eighth-ranked Swedish side and the 94th-ranked Lithuanian team.
