Recent announcements from Swedish sports federations have detailed roster selections for upcoming international competitions.

The Swedish Orienteering Federation has named its 14-member A-national team for the 2027 season, comprising six women and eight men. The squad includes returning athletes such as Tove Alexandersson and Gustav Bergman, while also introducing new talent Freja Hjerne. This roster follows the retirements of Karolin Ohlsson and Max Peter Bejmer as the team prepares for the 2027 World Orienteering Championships in Hungary.

In ice hockey, Tre Kronor head coach Rikard Grönborg announced the men’s national squad for the NOCCO Hockey Games scheduled for November 2026. The roster features four debutants and includes updates to the coaching staff. Sweden is set to compete against Finland, the Czech Republic, and Switzerland in matches held in Prague and Helsinki.
