AmRest is preparing to reintroduce the Taco Bell brand to the Polish market, marking the chain’s return after a 33-year absence. The expansion is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Initial plans involve opening four locations: three in Warsaw at the Blue City, Galeria Młociny, and Westfield Mokotów shopping centers, and one in Wrocław at the Westfield Wroclavia center. AmRest has already commenced recruitment for staff and management to support these sites, utilizing its existing infrastructure used for other brands like KFC and Starbucks.

Recent updates confirm that the first Taco Bell restaurant is expected to open at the Galeria Młociny shopping center in Warsaw. This launch is part of a broader strategy to reach more consumers across the country before the end of 2026.

Industry analysts suggest the brand will face a highly saturated fast-food market, testing its ability to succeed where previous Mexican-inspired concepts in Poland failed to achieve long-term dominance.
