The CompiteMAS® Mujer project, funded by the Regional Government of Tarapacá, conducted a workshop titled “Sustainable Value for Women's SMEs in Tarapacá” to focus on innovation management and project portfolio development. Participants from sectors such as tourism, manufacturing, agro-food, and logistics worked on proposals involving the circular economy and waste valorization. Furthermore, 42 entrepreneurs from the SernamEG Mujer Emprende Program participated in commercialization fairs at supermarkets in Iquique. Organized in collaboration with Walmart Chile and SMU-Unimarc, these events allowed entrepreneurs in crafts, gastronomy, cosmetics, and textiles to showcase products.
