Tatra National Park has initiated several infrastructure and management updates to improve trail conditions and transport logistics.

In July, renovation work began on high-mountain trails, including surface repairs on the red trail to Rysy and the replacement of protection chains on the blue trail to Zawrat. While these repairs cause temporary delays for hikers, the routes remain open.

In September, the park will launch a pilot program to modify the horse-drawn carriage route to Morskie Oko. To reduce the workload on horses, carriages will only travel from Palenica Białczańska to Wodogrzmoty Mickiewicza, covering 2.9 km instead of 6.9 km. The remaining distance is intended to be serviced by electric transport, supported by a fleet of e-buses.
