Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has implemented measures to expedite support for victims of sexual harassment within Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) communities. 

During a review of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, the Chief Minister directed officials to use a ‘Green Channel’ to speed up the release of compensation funds. He also emphasized broader welfare initiatives, including the distribution of ‘Indiramma’ housing and nutritional support for students, as part of the government’s efforts toward social mobility and rehabilitation.
