The Tennessee Titans underwent several roster adjustments during the preseason and following the NFL's August 30 roster cut deadline.

In early August, the team signed defensive players including Derrick Canteen, Khalen Saunders, Laki Tasi, and Mario Goodrich, while releasing players such as Hudson Clark, David Ebuka Agoha, Cam Horsley, and Jeadyn Lukus. 

Following the final roster cuts at the end of August, the Titans released quarterback Hendon Hooker, though they subsequently signed him to their practice squad. The team also made four waiver pickups on the defensive end, including cornerback Melvin Smith Jr. and safety Terrell Burgess.
