The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) organized the 2026 World Cafe of Opportunities job fair at SM City Laoag in Ilocos Norte. The event was designed to connect technical-vocational graduates and skilled workers with local and overseas employment.

Following the event, it was reported that the initiative facilitated access to 1,697 employment opportunities through interviews with 17 different employers. In partnership with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), the program also highlighted services such as the TESDA Skills Passport for digital certification.
