To celebrate its 60th anniversary, The North Face is introducing technical and stylistic updates to its Nuptse jacket line. 

New releases include the Pertex Reversible Nuptse, which features a dual-sided design: a minimalist silhouette for urban use and a retro, alpine-style aesthetic with oversized baffles. This version utilizes Pertex Quantum fabric and a blend of 700-fill recycled waterfowl down and synthetic insulation. 

The brand is also launching the Summit Series Nuptse, intended to enhance the jacket’s technical performance for expeditions. Senior design manager Patrick O’Sullivan stated the objective is to “ground the Nuptse in performance innovation while building on its existing cultural impact in both mountain and city settings.”
