In early July 2026 it was announced that former contestant Lauana Prado would join The Voice Brasil as a coach, taking the spot vacated by Duda Beat. By the end of the month the network confirmed the full panel for the 2026 season: singers Diogo Nogueira, Paulo Ricardo and returning duo Matheus & Kauan, together with new coach Prado. Tiago Leifert will continue as host, with Gaby Cabrini handling backstage coverage. The production, led by Formata and directed by Boninho, will broadcast on SBT and stream on Disney+, and a new format element will allow past participants to re‑enter the competition alongside new applicants.

On 30 July Disney+ and SBT reiterated the overhaul, confirming that Diogo Nogueira, Paulo Ricardo and Lauana Prado join the sole holdovers Matheus & Kauan, while former judges Duda Beat, Péricles and Mumuzinho will not return. The season remains slated for launch in the second half of 2026.

On 2 August the sertanejo duo Matheus & Kauan were formally confirmed for a second consecutive year as coaches, cementing the panel that will guide the upcoming talent search.
