The Todd Beamer High School varsity football season faced significant disruptions in October 2026. On October 1, school administration and coaching staff decided to cancel the remainder of the 3A varsity regular season, citing player injuries, a lack of team cohesion, and administrative issues involving the ‘Final Forms’ eligibility system.

Following this cancellation, the program transitioned to a custom schedule to support player health. By late October, the team was able to play out the remainder of the season through games organized by the coaching staff and administration, which included a ceremony honoring six seniors at Federal Way Memorial Field.
