The District of Tofino is considering amendments to its Official Community Plan and Zoning Bylaws to facilitate the development of 21 multi-family units at 740 Campbell Street. 

In coordination with the Tofino Housing Corporation, the proposal seeks to establish a higher residential density than is currently permitted under existing land use policies. The District Council has scheduled a public hearing to allow community members to provide input or submit written comments regarding the development.
