This shift follows a production support initiative involving Isen Town, Marubeni, and Ajinomoto AGF, which has since evolved into the ‘Tokunoshima Coffee Island Project’. 

To establish the beans as a high-quality choice based on flavor, Little Darling Coffee Roasters in Minami-Aoyama will begin serving the product. Additionally, the ‘ECHO COFFEE TOKUNOSHIMA’ series by FARMER YOU is scheduled for release on September 1, 2026. The coffee is noted for having tropical fruit notes and a sweetness ‘reminiscent of brown sugar’.
