Retail updates are scheduled for Tokyo in late October 2026. 

The Uniqlo Setagaya Chitosedai store is set to reopen on October 23 following renovations. To mark its 20th year, the location will adopt a community-focused concept described as being ‘more Setagaya-like’. New integrated services include ‘UNIQLO COFFEE’, featuring original blends and local sweets, and ‘UNIQLO FLOWER’. The renovated site will also include a children’s play area and rest spaces. Additionally, the store will launch ‘UTme!’ collaborations featuring local characters from Odakyu Electric Railway and Keio Corporation, alongside community-themed apparel.

In Edogawa Ward, a new Gyomu Super is scheduled to open on October 29 at the Metro Center 4th Avenue site near Nishi-Kasai Station. This location occupies the former site of the ‘Jogai Ichiba’ supermarket.
