The Municipality of Tolhuin has implemented various educational programs aimed at community development and skill acquisition.

In late September, the Directorate of Educational Policies and Technological Innovation completed a phase of a digital literacy course. Led by Professor María Morales, the workshop focused on providing residents with practical tools for navigating online procedures, administrative tasks, and communication platforms to increase autonomy and reduce the digital divide.

Following this, the Youth Directorate launched ‘De la idea al proyecto’ (From idea to project). This training program, held at the Casa de la Cultura, targets individuals aged 16 to 35. It provides methodologies for transforming concepts into actionable proposals, utilizing frameworks from the Spanish Cooperation ACERCA program, the CEPA/FLACAM Foundation, and the UNESCO Chair for Sustainable Development.
