The two-star Michelin restaurant Torre del Saracino, led by chef Gennaro Esposito, is relocating from its historic Seiano site in Vico Equense to a new location at the Bellevue Syrene in Sorrento, effective September 17. 

The transition will retain the existing chef, kitchen staff, and service team, though the menu is expected to evolve to suit the new Sorrento setting. The original premises in Vico Equense will be repurposed for Capo Rivo, a new dining concept from Esposito that will focus on a simpler, more traditional approach based on daily ingredient availability.
