Torres FC is experiencing a significant injury crisis within its squad. Initially, the club reported that nine of its most frequently used players were sidelined, with officials investigating whether the transition between training on synthetic surfaces and playing matches on natural grass at the Vanni Sanna stadium was contributing to muscle fatigue.

As the situation progressed, the crisis intensified with the report of a serious injury to Giuseppe Mastinu. The upcoming match against Pescara has highlighted the depth of these absences. Captain Mastinu is sidelined with a serious injury involving two cervical vertebrae. Other unavailable players include Kebbeh, Pennington, Lunghi, Di Stefano, and Sorrentino.

Coach Alfonso Greco has stated that the team must rely on the versatility of the remaining players to overcome these limitations. The match against Pescara is particularly significant as both teams currently share fourth position in the standings with 18 points.
