New aftermarket and official customization options have emerged for the Toyota Land Cruiser 250. 

In mid-October 2026, Valenti released the Jewel LED Tail Lamp ULTRA, an aftermarket lighting solution featuring 224 LEDs and sequential turn signals designed for easy plug-and-play installation. 

Following this, Toyota announced through its ‘Toyota Upgrade Factory’ a service allowing owners to retrofit round Bi-Beam LED headlights after vehicle delivery. This official service, available for specific VX grades, requires replacing the front bumper and updating the vehicle's ECU. Toyota also introduced a retrofit option for an improved fifth-generation wireless charging system.
