The Tradición Copera tournament, organized by the Liga Nacional de Fútbol Aficionado (LINFA), has experienced several club withdrawals. Initially, Domingo Dianderas FC, Walter Ormeño, Defensor Lima, Ciclista Lima FC, and FC Sport River de Florencio de Mora withdrew from the competition. To address these vacancies, LINFA added Chosica FC and Barranco City to the inaugural edition, which features 24 teams.

Following these changes, Sportivo Huracán also officially withdrew from the national championship. The club cited insufficient time to recruit reinforcements and build a competitive squad as the reason for its departure. This withdrawal resulted in Group 3 being reduced to five teams: Alfredo Salinas, Atlético Huracán, Coronel Bolognesi, Miguel Grau de Deportes, and UNISPA.
