Recent reports indicate several serious traffic accidents in Bolivia and Peru. 

In Bolivia, a head-on collision occurred on the Potosí–Oruro highway between an Expreso Cochabamba bus and a dump truck. The accident, potentially caused by the heavy vehicle invading its lane, left the bus driver and his son seriously injured. 

In Peru, multiple incidents have been reported. In the Piura region, a minivan collided head-on with an ECO LATINO bus after allegedly traveling in the opposing lane for seven kilometers.
