Multiple traffic accidents have been reported on the A1 Bucharest–Pitești motorway in Romania.

On August 21, two separate collisions occurred near Căteasca in Argeș County. One accident involving two vehicles resulted in four injuries and a total blockage of lanes in the Pitești–Bucharest direction. A simultaneous accident on the opposite side caused material damage and restricted traffic on the second lane.

On August 27, another accident occurred near Petrești in Dâmbovița county. This collision involved a car and a vehicle combination at kilometer 70, resulting in two injuries and congestion in the direction of Pitești.
