In Istanbul’s Eyüpsultan district, authorities issued administrative fines totaling 540,000 Turkish Lira to three drivers following a road rage incident on the D-100 highway. The incident, which was recorded by a bystander and shared on social media, involved drivers F. A. (42), M. Y. (49), and motorcyclist A. S. D. (33) obstructing traffic flow during an argument.

In addition to the monetary penalties, the drivers’ licenses and vehicles were confiscated and banned from traffic for 60 days. Legal proceedings have been initiated for endangering traffic safety.
