Eintracht Frankfurt’s 15-year-old playmaker Niko Ilicevic has drawn significant interest from several major European football clubs. The Germany U17 international is expected to become eligible to sign a professional contract upon his 16th birthday on October 31.

Initial reports indicated that top clubs including AC Milan, Barcelona, Real Madrid, Manchester City, Inter Milan, Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Tottenham, Liverpool, and Newcastle were tracking the player. Following his strong performances in youth categories, Liverpool was specifically identified as joining the list of clubs monitoring his development.

Eintracht Frankfurt intends to retain Ilicevic and integrate him into the first team. While elite clubs are monitoring his progress, reports suggest they are currently tracking his development rather than preparing imminent bids. The player is currently under contract with Frankfurt until 2029.
