Dutch Eredivisie clubs Ajax and Feyenoord have reportedly expressed interest in CF Monterrey midfielder Orbelín Pineda. Both clubs have allegedly been in contact with the 30-year-old Mexican international’s agent to discuss a potential move.

Montrerrey is reportedly open to a transfer during the January window, though the club is seeking a significant fee to avoid a financial loss. Having acquired Pineda from AEK Athens for approximately eight million euros last summer, Monterrey is reportedly looking for a valuation between seven and eight million euros.
