Between March and July, the Albanian budget collected approximately 20.2 billion lek from oil and gasoline imports, a 9.1% increase compared to the previous year. This revenue growth is attributed to higher prices rather than volume, as import volumes decreased by 0.6% during that period.

Separately, Italy continues to face scheduled transportation disruptions for September, including national railway strikes on September 7 and 8, regional maintenance strikes on September 10 and 11, aviation service strikes, and a national air traffic control strike by ENAV on September 30.
