The 8th edition of the Tricontinental Craft Fair, organized by the Cabildo de Tenerife, brought together over 200 artisans from Africa, America, and Europe. The event opened with a ‘Viva México’ gala, a tribute to Mexican culture directed by Juan Carlos Armas, and saw attendance of over 10,000 visitors during its opening weekend.

As the fair progressed into its final weekend, programming focused on educational workshops and cultural demonstrations. These included izote fiber weaving by Mexican artisans, mask decoration from Costa Rica, and Andean textile demonstrations from Peru. The event also featured sessions on decorating alebrijes and a musical tribute to the late Mexican singer Juan Gabriel.
