Following the launch, the project experienced high market demand, with over 90% of its 274 available units—including shophouses, terraced houses, and riverside villas—sold within two hours on September 13. Ta Minh Kha, General Director of Southern Homes Vietnam, noted that the rapid sales were partly driven by the fact that construction is already physically completed.
