In late September, officials reported a historic investment of 160 million pesos in public works. This included over 2.17 million pesos for hydraulic and sanitary maintenance by the Tula Water and Sewerage Commission, as well as a collaborative federal project focused on the restoration and sanitation of the Tula River. 

By mid-October, the municipal administration expanded its focus to sports infrastructure, inaugurating a new football 7 pitch at the local Sports Unit. This project, costing over 4 million pesos, included upgrades to lighting, electrical networks, and seating. The mayor indicated that further developments, such as new locker rooms and administrative offices, are planned for the future.
