In September 2026, eleven Tunisian agribusinesses participated in the WorldFood Moscow exhibition to expand their presence in the Russian market. This initiative followed a 57% increase in Tunisian agri-food exports to Russia during the first seven months of 2026, representing a growth of 22.5 million dinars compared to the previous year. The Tunisian pavilion highlighted products such as olive oil, dates, confectionery, and canned goods. Following these export efforts, Tunisia is set to host the 16th International Agricultural Investment and Technology Fair (SIAT 2026) in Tunis from October 28 to 31, 2026. Organized by the Agency for the Promotion of Agricultural Investment (APIA), the fair focuses on ‘investing in resilient and intelligent agriculture to strengthen food sovereignty’. The event aims to showcase technological innovations, facilitate business meetings with foreign partners, and host forums on ‘Green Finance’ and ICT solutions applied to agriculture. ## Timeline ### 2026-10-14: Tunis to host SIAT 2026 agricultural technology fair Tunisia will host the 16th International Agricultural Investment and Technology Fair (SIAT 2026) from October 28–31, focusing on agritech, food sovereignty, and green finance. 4 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/tunis-to-host-siat-2026-agricultural-technology-fair ### 2026-09-16: Tunisian agribusinesses showcase products at WorldFood Moscow Eleven Tunisian companies are showcasing agri-food products at WorldFood Moscow 2026, following a 57% surge in Tunisian food exports to Russia during the first seven months of the year. 6 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/tunisian-agribusinesses-showcase-products-at-worldfood-moscow --- Cite as: Tunisian agricultural trade and technology promotion.
