The process involves mandatory preparation courses and the use of authorized travel agencies.

Following the registration announcement, the Directorate implemented a significant change to its pricing policy. Moving away from the use of Saudi Arabian riyals employed between 2016 and 2026, the institution now requires Hajj fees to be paid in US dollars. Under this new tariff, standard two-person room packages are priced at 9,200 US dollars per person, while premium packages can reach costs of up to 1.2 million Turkish Lira.
