State‑owned developer Emlak Konut GYO launched the Fatih Kentsel Dönüşüm project in Istanbul’s historic Fatih district, delivering 338 new homes, three caretaker apartments and a 338‑vehicle garage with a 1.537 billion‑lira investment. In Mersin Province, Tarsus municipality began the İsmetpaşa Mahallesi redevelopment, planning 11 blocks with 446 residential units and 48 commercial premises, emphasizing quality materials and rapid delivery.
