Developments in Turkish football involve various club activities across different leagues and levels of competition.

In late September, Çorum FK conducted intensive training sessions in Antalya to improve conditioning. Transfer activity included Kocaelispor targeting Galatasaray midfielder Mario Lemina, provided a replacement is found, and Kayserispor signing 17-year-old Arda Günder. Additionally, Denizli Görme Engelliler Spor Kulübü achieved a significant victory in the B1 Visually Impaired Football Super League.

By mid-October, Karacailyas Spor prepared for its debut in the Professional Transition League following promotion from the Super Amateur League. In the Trendyol 1. Lig, Muğlaspor recorded a 1-1 draw against Fatih Karagümrük, a result marked by technical frustration regarding missed opportunities and officiating decisions.
