Türkiye has reached a record high in the global construction sector, ranking second worldwide for the number of international contracting firms. According to the 2026 Engineering News-Record (ENR) Top 250 International Contractors list, Türkiye is represented by 48 companies, trailing only China.

The total value of international projects undertaken by Turkish companies rose to $24.9 billion, placing the nation seventh globally in project value. Within the rankings, seven Turkish companies entered the top 100, with ENKA, Rönesans, and Limak appearing in the top 51. 

On an individual level, ESTA Construction was ranked as the 71st largest international contractor globally and the 5th largest within Türkiye. The company’s ranking is based on revenue from projects completed outside its home country, including major industrial facilities in Iraq and other regions.
