Typhoon activity has caused disruptions to scheduled musical events in Taiwan.

In Tainan, singer Chang Hsiu-ching successfully held her ‘Spicy Girl 2’ concert at the Tainan Convention and Exhibition Center after a three-month delay caused by a typhoon.

In contrast, singer Jeff Chang saw three scheduled performances at the ‘2026 Chishang Autumn Harvest Rice Ear Art Festival’ in Taitung canceled due to the impact of Typhoon Prapiroon. Chang noted he felt “regretful, but not disappointed” by the cancellation.
