In the women’s flyweight division, Alexa Grasso secured a unanimous decision victory over Manon Fiorot. All three judges scored the bout 29-28 in favor of Grasso. A significant moment in the fight occurred during the final seconds of the first round when Grasso landed a right hook that resulted in a knockdown of Fiorot. This win, Grasso’s second of 2026, places her back in contention for the vacant flyweight title following Valentina Shevchenko vacating the championship due to injury. The division’s next championship bout is expected to involve the winner of the upcoming match between Natalia Silva and Wang Cong. Brandon Moreno competed against American Joseph Morales in his pursuit of a title opportunity. Additionally, on the same card, Brazilian fighter Jean Silva earned a submission victory over Jose Miguel Delgado, who served as a last-minute replacement for Yair Rodríguez. ## Timeline ### 2026-09-12: Alexa Grasso defeats Manon Fiorot at UFC Noche Alexa Grasso defeated Manon Fiorot via unanimous decision at UFC Noche in Arizona, earning a knockdown and positioning herself for a potential return to the women's flyweight title contention. 7 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/manon-fiorot-faces-alexa-grasso-at-ufc-noche-4 ### 2026-09-12: Alexa Grasso and Brandon Moreno headline UFC Mexican-themed card Mexican UFC fighters Alexa Grasso and Brandon Moreno compete in the U.S., aiming for title opportunities in the flyweight division. 5 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/alexa-grasso-and-brandon-moreno-headline-ufc-mexican-themed-card --- Cite as: UFC Mexican-themed event in the United States.
