Various communities across the United Kingdom are preparing for annual Remembrance Sunday services to honor military personnel who served or died in conflict.

In Liverpool, ceremonies will be held at St George’s Hall on November 8, marking 110 years since the Battle of the Somme. The ‘Liverpool Remembers’ event will feature a parade, musical performances, and a two-minute silence. Similarly, in Westbury, a traditional parade and wreath-laying ceremony will take place at the local War Memorial.

In the Richmond borough, services are also scheduled for November 8 to commemorate British and Commonwealth military and civilian personnel. These events will include parades in Richmond, Twickenham, Hampton, and East Sheen, featuring veterans, civic dignitaries, and representatives from the Army, Royal Navy, and RAF.
