Erika Kolesnichenko has been selected to represent Ukraine at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2026 with the song ‘NE kolyskova’ (Not a lullaby).

Following a national selection process organized by the broadcaster Suspilne, Kolesnichenko secured the win by receiving the highest number of public votes after tying for first place with Zlata Solonenko. The selection process utilized a 50/50 split between a jury and a public vote.

Preparations for the contest include the release of promotional imagery featuring a handmade fantasy set. The event is scheduled to take place on October 24, 2026, at the Malta Fairs & Conventions Centre in Ta’ Qali, Malta, under the theme ‘United By Music’.
