UMBAL ‘St. Georgi’ in Plovdiv has launched several free preventive screening initiatives as part of its ‘Health for All’ campaign.

From October 5 to October 9, the ENT Clinic is providing free screenings for malignant diseases of the ears, nose, and throat to encourage early detection of conditions such as laryngeal carcinoma. 

Additionally, the Clinic of Nervous Diseases is offering free examinations for mild cognitive impairment from October 5 through the end of 2026. These screenings target individuals over 55 with memory or attention changes, and those over 60 with suspected or confirmed Alzheimer’s disease, aiming to facilitate early identification and delay disease progression.
