Una Hotels Reggio Emilia began their Basketball Champions League campaign with an 82-65 victory over Czech side Bkvis Pardubice. Coach Dimitris Priftis characterized the win as mentally important following recent domestic losses, despite ongoing challenges with player injuries.

However, the team's momentum shifted in their subsequent matchup against BC Juventus Utena. Despite holding a lead for much of the game, Reggio Emilia suffered a narrow 76-75 defeat after a fourth-quarter scoring drought and late errors by players Barford and Visconti.

In that contest, the Lithuanian side executed a decisive comeback after trailing 70-61 entering the final quarter, limiting Reggio Emilia to just five points in the fourth period. Following this result, both teams hold a record of one win and one loss in Group E.
