Simultaneously, plans were unveiled for a new 133-meter residential skyscraper near the Spodek arena at Chorzowska 1. Designed by Konior Studio for MTX Development, the 34-story tower is intended to serve as a regional landmark and will include approximately 332 apartments and a large public terrace.
