Sources: 3. Developments: 2. The Ursus brand continues to be a significant presence in Polish agriculture, characterized by both modern production and the ongoing maintenance of legacy models. Recent developments include the showcase of the Ursus C-3150 Power at Agro Show 2026. This Lublin-designed model utilizes Western components, such as a Deutz engine and ZF transmission, to position itself as a high-capacity alternative to older foreign machinery. While noted for its power, some users have reported issues regarding cabin finishing and electronics. Parallel to new production, there is a strong focus on the modernization and restoration of classic models like the Ursus C-360. Operators often choose to upgrade these machines with turbochargers, four-wheel drive, or power steering to meet modern farming needs, citing the ease of repair and availability of parts as advantages over used Western tractors. Historical comparisons also highlight the C-360’s design philosophy of field repairability compared to more efficient but complex foreign counterparts. ## Timeline ### 2026-10-25: Ursus C-360 tractor modernization and historical comparison The Ursus C-360 tractor is being evaluated for modern upgrades like turbocharging and 4x4 drive to meet contemporary farming needs, alongside a comparison of its engineering to the Renault 551. 2 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/ursus-c-360-tractor-modernization-and-historical-comparison ### 2026-10-20: Ursus tractors featured at Agro Show 2026 The Ursus C-3150 Power, featuring Deutz and ZF components, was showcased at Agro Show 2026, while an enthusiast completed a major restoration of an Ursus 4011. 3 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/ursus-tractors-featured-at-agro-show-2026 --- Cite as: Ursus tractor development and modernization.
