Developments in drone and counter-drone technology have been reported by both the United States and China. 

The US Army has expanded its anti-drone capabilities by deploying over 100 M1265A1 Sgt. Stout systems on Stryker chassis, which use software updates to neutralize Class 1 and 2 drones. Additionally, RTX has demonstrated the Coyote Block 3, a counter-drone system that utilizes microwave technology to disable electronics rather than using fragmentation warheads.

In China, a new prototype micro-drone was unveiled for the People’s Liberation Army, featuring a coaxial rotor design that allows it to be launched from a 35mm grenade launcher. Meanwhile, in the US, Picket Defense Systems introduced the Inferno RTC, an anti-drone turret that uses passive acoustic sensors and cameras to detect and react to kamikaze drone swarms in under three seconds.
