The USA Women’s Eagles are engaged in various competitive and developmental activities. Ilona Maher, an Olympic bronze medalist, has rejoined the Sevens squad for a preseason tour in New Zealand, which includes a training camp and an invitational tournament against teams such as Australia, Japan, and France.

In the XVs format, the team is scheduled to conclude its 10-test 2026 season against England in New Jersey as part of the WXV Global Series. To support the players, the XV Foundation is conducting fundraising efforts to provide financial assistance for travel, housing, and performance incentives, addressing the fact that players often operate without full-time salaries.
