The UTMA 19 combat sports tournament was scheduled to take place at the Kauno Žalgirio arena in Lithuania, featuring 15 fights. The event was headlined by a 94 kg kickboxing match between Sergejus Maslobojevas and Dominykas Dirkstys, alongside the return of former WBA champion Eimantas Stanionis.

During the main event, Dominykas Dirkstys suffered a re-injury to his previously operated left metacarpal bone in the second round. Dirkstys stopped the fight to prioritize his health, resulting in a technical knockout victory for Maslobojevas.

Following the match, Dirkstys left the arena without attending the official press conference. UTMA organizers subsequently imposed a 15,000 euro fine on Dirkstys for this breach of contract. Despite the incident, UTMA head Viktoras Gecas noted that the event set a new combat sports record with 15,000 spectators.
